PRE-ORDER SHIPPING INFO (223)

Most 223 drops are limited runs fulfilled as pre-orders — once you lock one in, we move into production, quality control, and shipping. Estimated ship dates are listed at the top of each product page. If no date is shown, that means the item is actively shipping.

These dates reflect when your order is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it arrives at your door. Since we ship worldwide, delivery times can vary depending on your region.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is packed and handed off to the carrier — so you can follow your collectible every step of the way.

Look out for an email titled “A shipment from order #XXX is on the way” — it’ll include your tracking number.

During the typical 15–30 business day transit window, tracking updates may be infrequent. That’s normal. Once your local courier takes over, updates will appear more regularly as your item gets closer.

Note: 

Customs, local holidays, natural events or ground/postal strikes may cause shipping delays. 223 is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from these events.

Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 223 is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing, freight forwarding, or third-party delivery services.
